General

These Terms & Conditions govern all transactions, orders, and agreements between NM Packages (“we,” “us,” “our”) and any client or customer (“you,” “the client”) placing an order or enquiry through our website, WhatsApp, or any other channel. By engaging with NM Packages, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

Order Placement & Confirmation

• All orders must be confirmed in writing via WhatsApp, email, or our website.
• Production begins only after artwork approval, order confirmation, and payment acknowledgement.
• NM Packages reserves the right to decline any order that does not meet our production or ethical standards.
• Quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

Artwork & Design Responsibility

• The client is solely responsible for supplying print-ready artwork in the correct format, resolution, and colour profile.
• NM Packages will not be held liable for print errors resulting from client-supplied artwork that was approved prior to production.
• Any design work carried out by NM Packages remains the intellectual property of NM Packages until full payment is received.
• A physical or digital proof will be provided upon request before bulk production begins.

Payment Terms

• New Clients: 100% advance payment required before production commences.
• Returning Clients: Payment terms may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
• All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• NM Packages reserves the right to revise pricing due to material cost fluctuations. Any revision will be communicated prior to order confirmation.

Production & Delivery Timelines

• All lead times are estimates and commence after receipt of full payment and artwork approval.
• NM Packages will not be liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to supplier delays, force majeure events, or courier failures.
• Rush order requests are subject to production capacity and will be confirmed at the time of order.

Quality & Returns Policy

• NM Packages maintains rigorous quality standards across all production stages.
• In the event of a manufacturing defect or incorrect order, the client must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
• We do not accept returns on custom-printed or finished packaging unless the error is attributable to NM Packages.
• Approved claims will be resolved via replacement, reprint, or an agreed compensation — at NM Packages’ discretion.

Confidentiality

NM Packages treats all client artwork, business information, and order details with strict confidentiality. We will not share, reproduce, or use client-supplied materials for any purpose other than fulfilling the agreed order without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

NM Packages’ total liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit claims arising from delays, defects, or order discrepancies beyond our direct control.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

Amendments

NM Packages reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be published on this page. Continued engagement with NM Packages following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
