Before any box is made, the right board structure is selected based on your product’s weight and fragility. We manufacture 4 types:

Die-Cutting & Scoring the Blank

The corrugated board sheet is fed into our precision die-cutting machine. It cuts the board into your exact box shape — called a blank — with all flaps, slots, and panels in the right positions.

Score lines (fold creases) are simultaneously pressed into the board so every flap folds at a perfect 90° angle without cracking or tearing. This is what gives the box its clean, sharp edges.

Folding the Box into Shape

The flat blank is now folded along the score lines. The side walls rise up, the bottom panels lock into place, and the box takes its full 3D rectangular form.

This step is done by our folding-gluing machine which folds and joins the seam simultaneously at high speed — ensuring every box is perfectly square and structurally sound.

Your Box is Ready!

The finished box is glued or stitched at the seam, quality-inspected for dimensional accuracy and structural strength, then flat-packed in bundles for efficient storage and transport.

Your order is then dispatched to your location anywhere in Pakistan — Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, and beyond.

📋 Order & Design Consultation

You share your box dimensions (L × W × H), quantity, wall type, and any printing requirements. Our team reviews and confirms the specifications with you before production begins.

📦 Paper Selection & Fluting

We select the right kraft paper grade (150–400 GSM) and flute type (A, B, C, E, or F flute) based on your product weight and fragility.

🔗 Lamination of Liners

Flat liner sheets are bonded to both sides of the fluted medium using industrial adhesive and heat — creating single wall (3-ply), double wall (5-ply), or triple wall (7-ply) board.

🖨️ Printing (Optional)

Your logo, brand colors, product info, or handling instructions are printed using offset or flexographic printing. We support 1-color to full CMYK printing.

✂️ Die-Cutting & Scoring

The corrugated board is precision die-cut and scored into your exact box shape and size. Fold lines are pressed in so the box folds cleanly every time.

📐 Folding & Gluing / Stitching

The cut blanks are folded into box form and joined at the seam using hot-melt glue or metal stitching, depending on the box style and load requirements.

🔍 Quality Inspection

Every batch is inspected for dimensional accuracy, print quality, structural strength, and finish. Boxes that don’t meet our standards are rejected before dispatch.

🚚 Packing & Nationwide Delivery

Finished boxes are flat-packed in bundles and dispatched via our logistics partners to any city in Pakistan — Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, and beyond.

RSC – Regular Slotted Container

The most common shipping box. All flaps are the same length. Ideal for e-commerce, retail, and general cargo.

Die-Cut Custom Boxes

Precision-cut to any shape or size. Can include windows, handles, and custom closures.

Heavy-Duty Double/Triple Wall

5-ply and 7-ply construction for industrial and export use. Maximum stacking strength.

Produce & Fruit Boxes

Ventilated corrugated boxes for fresh produce. Moisture-resistant coatings available.

Printed & Branded Boxes

Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces. For custom sizes or special requirements, we can discuss lower quantities — contact us to discuss your specific needs.

❓ Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes! We offer sample production for approval before full-scale manufacturing. Sample charges apply and are adjusted against your bulk order payment.

❓ How long does production take?

Standard lead time is 7–14 working days after design approval and advance payment. Rush production is available for urgent orders — contact us to check availability.

❓ Do you deliver across Pakistan?
